Assistant Professor at the Space Radio-Diagnostics Research Centre at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. Born in Olsztyn in 1991, he has been associated with UWM as a student, doctoral candidate, and researcher. He defended his doctoral thesis on the assimilation of ionospheric data from GNSS systems into the International Reference Ionosphere model in November 2023.

His scientific interests include monitoring and modeling the Earth’s ionosphere using large sets of multi-instrument satellite observations. He has also participated in radio astronomy research using the LOFAR radio telescope, primarily in the field of solar physics and pulsar observations. He is involved in the work of international research groups, the IGS Ionosphere Committee and the International Reference Ionosphere. He is also active in science communication.
