Andrzej WITCZAK, Ph.D. E.E. prof. MUT. Colonel of the Polish Army at rest. He specializes in aeronautical radio electronics, radio navigation, including satellite navigation systems, and estimation theory.
Author of many works and publications in the above area. He managed or participated in the implementation of a number of works related to the construction or modernization of avionics, radar, radio navigation, electronic warfare and electromagnetic compatibility devices and systems. Working in the Research Technology Organization NATO working teams. An expert of the Ministry of National Defense, the European Defense Agency and the National Center for Research and Development. In the years 2003-2007, the Chancellor of the Military University of Technology. In 2007-2008, he worked for the Ministry of National Defense – in the military education reform team. In 2008-2012, Deputy Director of the Institute of Radioelectronics. Currently, an academic teacher at the Institute of Radioelectronics, Faculty of Electronics, Military University of Technology. Member of program and scientific committees of national and international conferences in the field of radioelectronics and radiolocation. Organizer and co-organizer of a number of scientific and scientific-technical conferences. Since 2011, he has been the Secretary of the URSI National Committee. URSI Senior Member.
